Today we tried the El Jefe at Hurtado Barbecue in Arlington, Texas. Let me tell you, this is probably the best BBQ I’ve ever had!!! For $50 the El Jefe consists of:
- 1/3 lb each of brisket,
- 1/3 lb pulled pork,
- 1/3 lb spare ribs,
- chicken quarter,
- burnt ends,
- sausage,
- Served with two sides of your choice.
We also added an order of sliced turkey.
